India: Famous 'Villain' Sono Sood Becomes Hero In Helping Workers Trapped In Lockdown

Bollywood actor Sonu Sood, who has acted as a villain in most of the films of his career, has emerged as a real life hero.
Sonu Sood has helped thousands of workers stranded in the Indian city of Mumbai due to the Corona virus lockdown.
"When I saw thousands of people walking thousands of kilometers, I lost sleep at night," he told the BBC.
"Today we are delivering food and essentials to 45,000 people who either live in slums or are walking on roads or highways," he added.
Since May 11, they have also arranged buses for people who could not go home due to the lockdown.
Sood was awarded for his role as a villain in the 2010 film Dabangg and has worked with popular Bollywood editors.
