He said that a large amount of debris was washed away in the flood relay due to which the flow of Chitral river has stopped and the river has taken the form of a dam behind Burns. There are two villages at the place where the flow of the river Chitral is stopped, but there are no settlements in the other areas. He said that the people of both the village councils are currently cut off from the ground and communication due to which no damage could be reported there. In the meantime, they have seen at least 60 to 70 small and large vehicles going to Upper Chitral. Upper Chitral was also very busy with tourists.
