Clashes on the border between Indian and Chinese forces

A clash between Indian and Chinese forces on the Sikkim border has left several soldiers injured.

Indian and Chinese troops clashed on the Sikkim border while patrolling the border. A statement from the Indian Ministry of Defense blamed the two forces for the clash. The statement said that both the forces adopted an aggressive attitude which resulted in minor injuries to the soldiers.

According to the Hindustan Times, 150 soldiers from both sides were involved in the clash, in which 11 soldiers were injured. The wounded include four Indian and seven Chinese soldiers.
