Balochistan government decides to open all public transport from tomorrow

Balochistan to resume public transport from May 18 - SAMAA
The Balochistan government has decided to open all public transport from tomorrow. According to sources, the Balochistan government has decided to open all public transport from tomorrow. The commissioner and RTA will work with the transporters to form an SOP to open public transport. Earlier, the Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa governments had also decided to open public transport. However, the Sindh government has refused to open transport. On the other hand, transporters in Sindh have announced to run vehicles from May 20. Transporters say that all vehicles will run from Wednesday even if they are arrested because billions of rupees have been lost due to non-operation of transport due to lockdown caused by Corona.  Transporters have also protested against the provincial government in this regard. The protesters said that the rest of the provinces have announced to run transport but the Sindh government has maintained the ban. It should be noted that Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan have decided to run public transport from Monday, May 18. It may be recalled that Prime Minister Imran Khan had on Friday requested the four provinces to open transport. Prime Minister Imran Khan had said that in the countries where Corona caused a lot of damage, transport has not been stopped there either, now it will take time for vaccines to come, now we have to live with the virus. Following the request of the Prime Minister, the other three provinces announced the opening of transport where vehicles will come on the roads from Monday but the Sindh government refused to open the transport. The Sindh government said that the Prime Minister wanted to make the country Wuhan and Italy by opening transport. However, now transporters in Sindh have announced to start driving from May 20.
