13 more deaths in 24 hours, 674 new victims

In the last 24 hours, 674 more people have been diagnosed with corona virus in Sindh province, bringing the total number of confirmed cases in the province to 15,590.
Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah while briefing about the latest situation of the province regarding the epidemic said that 13 more people have died due to the epidemic in the last 24 hours.
The total number of deaths due to corona in Sindh province has now reached 268. In Sindh, 4467 tests have been conducted in the last 24 hours while a total of 117860 tests have been conducted in the province so far. The Chief Minister informed that at present 11518 patients are undergoing treatment in the province out of which 10134 are quarantined in their homes, 832 are in government quarantine centers and 552 are in different hospitals.
He said that the condition of 119 patients is critical while 32 are on ventilators. Of the 674 cases reported in the last 24 hours, 490 were in Karachi, 55 in Hyderabad, 11 in Sukkur, six in Khairpur and Qambar Shahdad Kot, four in Sanghar, three in Tando Muhammad Khan and three in Jacobabad. Two cases have been reported in Matiari, Sujawal and Ghotki while one each in Jamshoro and Thatta.
According to Syed Murad Ali Shah, in the last 24 hours, 198 patients recovered and went home and now the total number of people recovering in the province has reached 3804.
