Muzaffarabad: It has been decided to lift the ban on tourism in Azad Kashmir. A formal notification has also been issued in this regard. Azad Kashmir Home Department has issued a notification to revive tourism in phases. Tourists were banned from entering Azad Kashmir to prevent further spread of the coronavirus, which has been declared a global epidemic. The caretaker Chief Minister Gilgit-Baltistan Mir Afzal has also said that tourism has been opened with SOPs. According to Hum News, he said that it is important for tourists visiting Gilgit-Baltistan to ensure the implementation of SOPs. The caretaker Chief Minister Mir Afzal stressed that SOPs should be taken care of even in Muharram. The National Command and Operations Center (NCOC) has also issued a warning for the re-emergence of Corona during Muharram.
