Pakistan also reacted to the agreement reached between the United Arab Emirates and Israel. A Foreign Office spokesman said in a statement that the announcement of a full-fledged agreement to restore relations between Israel and the UAE was a step forward that would have far-reaching consequences. The Foreign Office Spokesperson further said that Pakistan fully expresses its solidarity for the right of Palestinians to self-determination, peace, and stability in the Middle East is one of Pakistan's priorities and Pakistan supports a two-state solution in accordance with UN and OIC resolutions. He further said that Pakistan expresses its views in accordance with the rights and aspirations of the Palestinians, Pakistan's position will be based on the Palestinian rights and aspirations and its assessment, regional peace, security, and stability will be safeguarded.
